Parental Engagement

At NCS we hold a range of activities and events within school time which parents can come alone and enjoy...

Last year, we held activities such as a 'Fruit Pizza' event, where the children were provided with raw ingredients and then they and their parent designed (and ate!) their own creations. A maths quiz was created for parents and pupils to enter, this proved challenging but a lot of fun. We also hold a 'Come Dine with Me' event which allows parents to come in and try school meals with their child, this encourages our children to eat healthier and to try new things.
