Oral health in EYFS
Here are some activities young children can do to support their learning and understanding of the importance of Oral Health
The NHS Choices website provides a lot of useful information such as how your child should brush their teeth, links to other useful websites, where your nearest dentist is and what to expect when you visit the dentist. Colgate website
Colgate have a fantastic website with lots of information about how to teach your children to brush their teeth, how to motivate children to brush their teeth and why it is important. One of our favourite features for young children is called 'Colgate Two Minute Tales'. These are a selection of stories that last exactly two minutes, which is how long your children should take to brush their teeth each time. We think that it is perfect as an introduction to the teeth brushing routine. There are also fun games and activities to do together at home! Please click the link to their page below:
