Dear Parents and Friends,

Thank you for visiting our website today.

Newbold Church of England Primary School is a church school with close links to St. John the Evangelist situated on St. John’s Road. We are committed to providing a stimulating, caring and Christian learning environment. We are very proud of our school, where everyone works together to make a real difference to children and families in our school community.

As head teacher, I feel our school is very special and it is a delight to see children grow and develop as individuals in a caring and challenging learning environment. We have lots of fun at Newbold Church of England Primary School, but also recognise the important role we have in establishing attitudes and skills that will take our children into their future life. We invest in excellence by encouraging the children to believe in themselves. Positive language is used at all times and this ensures that all the children in our care learn to respect themselves, care for others and for their environment.

We hope this website gives you some understanding of the values and aims of our school and will provide you with some information about the 'essence' of Newbold Church of England Primary School.

Our school has a team of very committed teachers, support staff and governors who are keen to work in partnership with parents to provide our children with a high standard of education within a safe and supportive environment.  Our hard work was rewarded during our last Ofsted inspection, when we were judged ‘Good’ in every single part of each category.

Parents are partners in the education of their children and we value your support. You are warmly welcomed into our classrooms either to help the whole class, or to discuss how you may help your own child at home.

To share the ethos and sense of community which exists in our school you really need to visit Newbold Church of England Primary School, and for those of you who don't know us please be assured that a warm welcome awaits you. We are proud of our school and both children and staff enjoy sharing Newbold Church of England Primary School with visitors and friends.
